陶瓷膜又称无机陶瓷膜,是以无机陶瓷材料经特殊工艺制备而成的非对称膜。主要以不同规格的氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化硅等无机陶瓷材料作为支撑体,经表面涂膜、高温烧制而成。商品化的陶瓷膜通常具有三层结构(多孔支撑层、过渡层及分离层),呈非对称分布,过滤精度涵盖微滤、超滤、纳滤级别。与传统的有机膜相比,陶瓷膜具有耐高温、耐酸碱和高机械强度等优秀性能,已成为膜领域发展迅速且具应用前景的膜材料之一。然而,除了在日本自来水处理领域被大量使用,高成本一直是陶瓷膜在商业化上的一大瓶颈。
